I received flowers from Eden Floral and they were not only beautiful, they smelled wonderfully fresh! I kept their business card knowing I wanted to try them the next time I wanted to send flowers to someone. Just this week I sent a bouquet to a friend, and she was kind enough to send me a picture of what she received. Once again, the arrangement was beautiful and far better than I’ve seen elsewhere. Their customer service is outstanding. Very personalized with outstanding attention to the customers needs. I’m so excited to have them as a source for flowers!

In a world where customer service is pretty much non-existent, Eden is a breath of fresh air! I can’t emphasize enough how helpful, courteous and accommodating Jennifer was. She listened to my needs and requests and tailored my order accordingly. The arrangement was perfect and absolutely beautiful and unique! Thank you so much for renewing my faith in service-driven businesses. I highly recommend!

I live out-of-state, but my daughter lives in the KC metro, and occasionally I like to send her flowers. A friend recommended Eden Floral, so I was looking forward to trying them. I called around 4:20pm one afternoon (Google shows that they close at 4:30pm) to place an order. I got their answering machine saying that they were either closed or working with another customer. I left a message with my name, phone number, who had referred me, and that I wanted to order flowers for my daughter. I didn't necessarily expect a call back the same day - but I didn't get one the next day, either. It has now been almost 48 hours, and my call has not been returned. Very disappointing. I like to support small local businesses - but this one didn't seem interested in my business. I will continue looking for a florist in the area.

Easily ordered flowers online. They were gorgeous and delivered with a few hours of placing the order. I will definitely use them again.

I received flowers from my family out of town, they chose Eden to put together an arrangement and deliver to my home. No one was home when she arrived, so she called me and left me a voicemail to make sure I knew they were waiting for me. The arrangement was perfect and almost a week later barely drooping or wilting. So beautiful!!!
