Why is there no option for zero stars? Stay away from this lady!! Absolutely devastating experience!! I wish I would have reported her to the BBB and Vet Board and might still. At the time, we were grieving and thought it would make it more painful. She came to put Tbone down. She missed his veins so many times he freaked out and then she sedated him. He lost all bowel functions. It took almost an hour to put him to sleep. He was an amazing dog that brought much love and joy for over 18 years. She took the syringe without warning us and stabbed it into his heart because she couldn’t get his vein. She brought dirty needles, cotton that looked like it had another animals blood on it, did not bring a stethoscope to verify when his heart stopped. This was 3 years ago and I remember it every day. R.I.P. Tbone, I’m so sorry I ever contacted this company, she should to be shut down. Please call someone else or take to the vet.
