Greatful Gathering Funeral & Cremation Centre

My mom passed away on October 26. I still have not heard anything from this place about where my mother's ashes are, no death certificate either. I have called and called. YOU DO NOT GET TO TREAT PEOPLE THIS WAY! I have asked for supervisors in charge of this place to call me. Still nothing. I don't understand how nobody is ever there either. I'm getting an attorney. I do not and will not recommend this place ever. How can you treat people like this...

Lost my brother on May 29, 2020. July 15, cannot get anyone to return our calls. Have not received my brother's ashes nor the death certificates. I have emailed multiple times and left so many messages to call back and not one word from them. Paid in full the day of his passing. HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!! Terrible way to treat a grieving family!!!!!!

I lost my mother last September and losing her was the hardest thing I’ve ever encountered in my life. Grieving made decision making difficult.nnHats off to Larnell Jones and Greatful Gathering Funeral Cremation Centre. He helped me and my family through a very tough time. He was friendly, supportive,compassionate and professional. From start to finish I never felt rushed or prodded. He genuinely cared and wanted to help make everything seamless. We are very grateful and highly recommend their services.

This place was a nightmare!! No one should have to deal with the unprofessionalism of a funeral home while grieving and trying to bury your loved one!!!

we had an appointment and no one is here and no one is helping via phone. If you post hours of being open amd no one is here that kinda fraudulet.
