The staff at Warren-McElwain are so kind and did everything they could to make a sorrowful occasion run smoothly. They took care of all of the details and were available whenever we needed, even at 9:00 at night. We worked with Michael and he did a great job in walking us through the process and knowing what to expect.

Audrey Bell and team at Warren-McElwain did an exceptional job when our relative passed away unexpectedly. During this extremely emotional time for us they were exceedingly professional & caring. Even when inadvertently our family arrived at our appointment time and another family was present at the funeral home discussing their needs--> Audrey Bell was able to balance the time between the two families and met our families expectations. They were extremely pleasant and accommodating.
