Lori and Sharon were so helpful! I live in Indiana and needed a gift delivered in their area, Sharon helped me pick the gift over the phone and went out of her way to make sure it got delivered with short notice. I highly recommend if you need balloons, flowers or gifts to use them.

Ordered flowers for delivery the day before Mother's Day. Called my mother-in-law on Mother's day to see how she enjoyed the flowers she had not received them. I called the 800 number to complain and still don't know if or when she will ever get them. Also was not offered any compensation or upgrade for the mistake.
