Edit: I did receive a response today, offering a full refund. I’m happy they made it right.nnWhat I ordered for my Aunt’s funeral and what was delivered were not even close. I understand the need to make substitutions but they should be equitable in quality and value.nnWhen I sent an email expressing my dissatisfaction, I received no response.nnI don’t typically provide reviews good or bad but I was disappointed beyond measure in an already difficult time.
I've been ordering flowers over the phone from the Flower Gallery for quite a few years, but today I had the opportunity to actually visit! What a beautiful store! And the proprietor was a pleasure to finally meet!
Ordered a premium floral bouquet that was color specific and received an arrangement in completely different colors and floral types. I understand flower shops have to make some modifications due to demand, but I would have preferred the shop to contact me before making such drastic changes. The arrangement I received was completely different than the one I ordered on their website.
Awesome place they get my order right every time and are super easy to work with. The staff often times go above and beyond my expectations.nI highly recommend the Flower Gallery to anybody needing a good Florist.
