I have never had customer service as poor as this. I called for a receipt and the lady was beyond rude. She literally hung up on me and I can promise you I was very nice. Will never order from here again.

I will never go back and do buisness with them again!! My husband paid $71.99 for a dozen Rose's but Instead I received 5 Rose's and 2 birthday balloons. The floral arrangement was horrible and the balloons werent even attached very good to where one of them broke off. I called them and the owner Loretta was very rude and started yelling when I brought it to her attention. Also charged a $13 dollar fee for delivery! Will not be going back and will take our buisness to great bend!!

Will not go back. Took my kids in to get balloons for my son’s birthday and got a rude voicemail when they were done saying “I’m waiting for you!” Went back to pick them up without my kids and was told “I’m SO glad you didn’t bring your kids in this time..........they would’ve been no help to you........” Also, three of the basic latex balloons popped by the time I got home. Between bad service and bad quality, I don’t know why anyone would go there.

I get the opportunity to call these ladies several times a year and they never disappoint and make it so easy to call and place orders over the phone. And their arrangements always look so nice!

Why anyone does business here is beyond me! Wilted, sparse, half dead wilting flowers for my mothers funeral. One wilted stem of flowers was held up with a piece of wire! They were ordered by people from out of state so they wont ever see how they were ripped off. DONT ORDER FLOWERS FROM THIS PLACE! (The flowers from Dillons in Great Bend are all beyond beautiful!)
