We love Westfield! We’ve been going there for about 2 years and our pup loves the staff. He actually gets excited to go to the vet. Through the many trips we’ve taken to Westfield, we never worry about him and know he’s in good hands. They’re flexible and reliable. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Highly recommend.
We recently added a new puppy to our family and the entire staff is extremely responsive, friendly, and very thorough in their explanations. They don't make you feel like you have to do something a certain way (nurturing timeframe, for example) but they educate you with as many studies/research on the issue, as possible. We also have a hound dog that had several ear-infections when we adopted him, and after a few follow up appointments he's been clear since! I love sending both my dogs there and feel like we are in great hands!
Been using Westfield Vet Hosp for ALL my pets for YEARS. GREAT doctors and a great staff. You have a feeling that they truly care about your pets. Also, the latest technology. Great place, highly recommended. .
Friendly, helpful staff and vets. Appreciate their care for our Brady! Always on time and very caring. Our big boy has had 2 knee surgeries and the staff is helpful in helping get him out of the back of the SUV if need be. Thanks
We have used Westfield Veterinary Hospital for a couple of years now for our older dog. We have always been able to get her in fairly quick for physicals and updating her shots. For anything I have wondered if it is concerning, they are great about getting her right in to alleviate my anxiety. They are always gentle and caring about their patients. We love Dr. Paulin!
