I take all of my fur babies here and love the interaction the staff has with them. Very good at explaining things and making sure my babies are taken care of, loved, and healthy! Not to mention the emergency care visits that I've had to randomly take. Love them!
Dr. Janssen has always been super kind and informative to me about my cat and puppy. You can tell he really cares about his patients and their owners. The staff there are really friendly and helpful as well! I highly recommend to anyone looking for a veterinarian!

My dog loves Dr Janssen as much as she can love any vet. He has such a patient manner and for a very nervous dog she’s the least nervous on West Side’s table. I really appreciate the fact that he offers normal and cheaper options before suggesting testing and surgery but still goes over all of the options available. Pricing for vaccines is right on par with most clinics and the service can’t be beat!
