Staff was super helpful today helping me take care of an order for my grandmother. Carefully listened to what i was trying to accomplish got chocolate covered strawberries. a gorgeous floral arrangement delivered with care. Super great florist very artistic and creative
Called The Wild Orchid from Texas, explained to Kelly our out of the normal request for a memorial service we were unable to attend in Iowa and she created an arrangement that was perfect. She created a basket that was Iowa State vs. University of Texas football theme with all of the appropriate color flowers and the basket looked like the football stadium (ceramic footballs included). She was very creative, helpful, called the church to find a delivery time for us and made everything as simple as possible. On top of all of that she texted me a picture of the basket! PERFECT!! THANKS KELLY!

the service was amazing. I value my dollar on service, neatness and kindness all to which the wild orchid satified. My girlfriend loved the flowers her reaction was priceless!
I completely forgot to order flowers for a graveside service. I called The Wild Orchid at around 8:30pm, the night before the 11:00am service. They Tried to deliver to the cemetery, but no one was there two hours prior to the service. They called and were given the address to the church, instead. They delivered a gorgeous orchid to each; the church in time for the pastor to take the flowers to the service and a second orchid to my office, by the time promised and without an additional delivery charge - they exceeded my expectations!
