Folks were very friendly and helpful. The vet also helped answer many questions about my new puppy and addressed my concerns. Wonderful environment and my puppy didn't suffer from separation anxiety either because they promptly took us into an exam room upon check-in while taking safe protective measures.
Starch Pet hospital was amazing! Our dog who we don’t take there, was bleeding out of his mouth. Our vet was closed and we’d taken our cat to Starch some time ago. They could’ve easily sent us to the emergency clinic where we would have spent 1000’s. Instead they found us an appointment, treated our baby and we were out of there under 100. This morning we woke up and he’s back to his peppy self. The staff was very compassionate, caring, educated and best of all they cared enough to took care of a customer (which a lot of places don’t do these days) thank you, thank you, thank you to the amazing staff at Starch! ud83dudc9c
Starch Pet hospital is very affordable and has very caring and professional staff.nErica the groomer is very skilled and always makes my cat look amazing. My cat gets a lions cut twice a year and even though he is very jumpy, he never has any big cuts on him.
Our first visit at Starch was great! Because my cat was a new patient, we were able to go in for an exam prior to his procedure(s). My cat isn't overly happy or friendly when it comes to the vet but I was so appreciative of Dr. Lisa Takes and her kindness and patience. My cat is home and recovering well - we are very grateful!
