Update: Just had a wreath made for my door! LOVE IT!!! Thank you so much for creating this corsage for my mother, it is perfect. So hard to call from out of state and get the ideas across of what you want but your staff really listens and cares and wow do they deliver!!!! She loved it!!!
Really well done, thank you for making this beautiful gift for my mothers door, you nailed it. Hard to know who to go to and how to explain what you want longdistance and over the phone but you guys are great listeners! Very patient too as I am often long winded. She just loves it!
Ordered flowers from out of state with specific instructions in regards to what was advertised on website. Specified colors. What was sent was not remotely close to what they advertised. And also wilted. They claimed delivery issues, then how fragile hydrangeas are, then said there was a mix up on the order and that we actually received the wrong one. Staff was very unprofessional. Wanted to send a replacement next week. But damage was done all while the purpose for flowers had expired. And after what I think hearing from owner, would not consider refund. The recipient of arrangement was so embarrassed to contact me with her disappointment. Company never contacted me personally as the purchaser. Would not recommend or trust any future business with them.nnUpdate: I was never notified of the poor service within 24 hours to request refund. So the response received to their poor review isn’t even accurate. I actually had to call them as I was out of state and had no idea! Don’t trust this business. Nothing they say is accurate.
Wonderful service, great knowledgeable staff, just loved the arrangement called from out of state and I got delivery confirmation with a picture.
