Debra and her team helped us though an incredibly difficult time when my brother passed away. She was there for every step and went above and beyond what was expected. Debra answered every question and was always available. Thank you to the whole Diamond Memorial team!

The family of Melanie Arlene Thwing-Eastman would like to offer a sincere thank you to Dyamond Memorial. On a Google Review scale of five stars, Dyamond earned ten.nnFrom start to finish, Debra, Johnny and staff were gracious, understanding, sympathetic and helpful. They respected the COVID-19 restrictions in place and still found a way for us to do all the things we hoped to for Mel. They made arrangements with immediate family via Zoom calls, and added in small, but incredibly special touches, like a photo of Melanie to the hearse window so everyone would know who was inside. Johnny helped our sitter to entertain my toddler (who was having a hard time) during the service, and Debra spent hours on the phone comforting Mel’s husband the week after her funeral. Honestly, they felt more like an extension of our family than funeral directors. Thank you, Dyamond Memorial, for helping is to honor Melanie with a perfect celebration of her incredible life.

Debra’s professionalism and thoughtfulness along with the help of her husband allowed our family to tend to the needs of each other without the concerns of what to do next regarding all of the necessary funeral arrangements. Dyamond Memorial have been working with my parents on their funeral arrangements and patiently making changes for them for years. Recently my father passed and Dyamond Memorial tirelessly worked with our entire family to make sure all of our needs were met, all of our concerns were heard and most importantly, had mother and fathers best interests in mind.nnEvery detail was truly cared about. Every step of the way was executed with grace, knowledge, and consideration. They went above and beyond to make the process and events exactly what my father wanted and made it a beautiful experience for all the family.
