Decent flowers, horrible customer service. Ultimately, I suggest just going to Hy-Vee. Chances are whoever you talk to there will have better social skills.

I picked out a bouquet from their website for a dear friend of mine. I was mortified when my friend sent me a photo of what was delivered. It looked like it had been thrown together from scraps left over from other bouquets..... And what made it all worse was that I paid almost $70 for it!!! I usually like to use small businesses when possible, but next time I'll just call Bosen or HyVee. Super disappointed!!!!
I ordered a flower arrangement online from here for mother’s day since I live 5 hours away from my mom. They were delivered on time. However, the flower arrangement that was delivered looked nothing like the picture I saw online and I spent 45 dollars so I was expecting something somewhat decent. I wish I could attach pictures on here so everyone could see. I don’t suggest ordering anything online from them and will not use them in the future.
Great service and lovely flowers. Cute gift shop, as well. Nice to buy local!
