Joel and Nikki were very accommodating with both my Grandparents funerals. It was a small intimate funeral which the grandparents would've wanted. Everything was well organized by the funeral home and left the stress off the families shoulders.
Out-of-towners for a small, intimate funeral service at a local cemetery. We had a unique situation that Nikki was extremely helpful with for more than a month prior to our service, all over the phone, long distance. She was extremely responsive, proactive and knowledgeable. She and Joel were also quite accommodating when we were in town for the actual service, and assisted us with meeting directly with the monument company, who was also very patient with us as we sorted through our decisions. Nikki and Joel went above and beyond and alleviated so much potential stress.
