I’m so glad that West Liberty has an awesome flower ud83cudf38 shop❣ufe0fud83dudc9c I ordered a plant for my daughters birthday in March. She sent me a picture of the plant , she loved it.nSo I’m sending my daughter a vase of flowers ud83cudf3aud83cudf38ud83cudf3cud83dudc90 for Mother’s Day and I’m not worried at all. I have confidence in Jan’s to make it beautiful❗ufe0fnNot being able to see the family during this epidemic is is nice to have a shop I can depend on.

I am only giving it one star to give my review. Overall this was the worse customer service EVER! I don’t why people state all these good things. My experience I ordered from a different website which they used this flower shop. I placed the order the same day which I travel a lot and worked perfect. The flowers arrived to its destination when I found out it was a completely different style I was upset and called her asking why the sunflowers weren’t placed. She stated she didn’t have thoses at that time. First if she doesn’t have it she shouldn’t even have gotten the order and the she rudely stated you should not order from a different website to get a cheap price. First off that wasn’t even the reason I went to that website. She was extremely rude and I paid 58.00 for flowers where you can get for 10.00 at a store and probably a vase for 5.00. This was so horrible if she doesn’t have the right flowers she shouldn’t be getting the order. Rude and expensive stating she only received 35.00 from the company. The price wasn’t the issue it was the customer service she gave saying next time order on time and from my place that’s what you get. People might like this place cause they know her but trust me she was rude.
