Very bad business. Ordered flowers to be delivered. They were not delivered but money was taken off my credit card. Called and Charles told my wife he lost the order. When asked for a refund he said he was too busy and hung up! Charles is a bad businessman running a bad business. They will take your money for nothing in return.
We ordered by phone a flowering plant for a relative's funeral. Even offering to pay additional for a NICE plant. Florist assured my husband he would be satisfied with his selection. We were very embarrassed by how SMALL our purchase was. NEVER, NEVER do business with this business.nManager did not even apologize for our concern.nVERY, VERY bad value for the money.
