Beno's Flowers is my favorite gift store in Iowa City. He has helped me transition to a much more aesthetic indoor houseplant situation. He has a tasteful and affordable assortment of ceramic flower pots for all your favorite house plants, as well as gorgeous and healthy plants. He has helped arrange bouquets for me for my price point and he himself is a delight! If his French bulldog, Max, is in, make sure to say hi!

Choosing Benito as our wedding florist was one of the best decisions we could have ever made. Not only is his work absolutely stunning but Benito himself brings so much warmth and joy into the wedding planning process. He truly wants his customers to have the best day ever and he will do everything in his power to make sure that happens. For example, my mom wanted to incorporate part of my grandmother’s marriage license into my bouquet and he handcrafted it into a gorgeous paper flower that I will now be able to cherish forever. He was present the entire day of the wedding setting up decorations and making sure everything looked picture perfect. He even held the door open for me as my dad and I walked down the aisle. When you add Benito to your wedding vendor team, you don’t just add a florist. You bring in someone who wants to build a personal relationship with you, someone who will stop and talk to you if they pass you on the street years down the road, someone who genuinely cares. People like that are extremely hard to find so please don’t hesitate to reach out to Benito if you’re looking for the best of the best.

Amazing job on my bridal bouquet, flower crown and corsages for the mothers of the bride/groom. I gave him creative license to do whatever he wanted and Benito produced some gorgeous arrangements.nHighly recommend, plus the shop has wonderful items and who can resist an adorable shop dog?

I had a WONDERFUL experience at Beno’s Flower Shop. Benito was so sweet and welcoming. He tended to my specific flower assortment that I needed for a friends family member who past away. Without even me having to ask, he gave me my options along with prices. While waiting for my assortment which was made with lots of care and effort, he had great conversation, and his Little French bulldog kept me company while I waited(The wait wasn’t long at all) The assortment was absolutely BEAUTIFUL. I Will definitely be going back for all of my flower and gift needs!

I love this place! Great quality flower pots and plants. They owners are very nice and knowledgeable about the plants. Sometimes they bring their dog to work too which is fun :)
