I had rented some curtains & lights for my wedding through Inside decor inc & I was very pleased with the services! When I had come to pick them up Sarah helped me load them all into my vehicle & explained exactly what to do to make the set up as easy as possible for me! The curtains were amazing and fairly priced! I had them for a 5 day rental which was very convenient to me not having to rush them back directly after the wedding was over! Definitely will recommend in the future!

We wanted to like them because they came so highly recommended...and then we ended up disappointed. They were increasingly difficult to get a hold of--usually took an email and multiple calls. When I visited their store, it seemed like I was more of an inconvenience than anything else. Without going into too much detail, we also had a situation where another group was using our venue the following day before Inside Decor could pick the stuff up. We worked it out with the group that they could use our rentals and then with Inside Decor that we would take on liability--no problem. Come the week of the wedding, Inside Decor acted like this conversation never happened and tried to demand a separate contract. Then the worst came after the wedding, they called saying we were missing a handful of items when their staff forgot to pick up a whole bag of linens and also took OUR lights (which they still have not admitted to or returned). We were kind enough not to mention it at the time, but they had forgotten 12 salad plates in their delivery for the wedding, and then got bent out of shape over a handful of spoons. They also called again 3 WEEKS LATER to claim we hadn't returned something else. All while claiming they take excellent inventory. And demanding credit card information (to return the charge for the 12 salad plates) during every call...right. That's not even all of it but the point is, only use them if you absolutely need to and make sure you take excellent inventory of their items or else they will try to charge you.

The place is a joke. The rental prices are egregious, and she randomly started listing ideas and the costs. I understand salesmanship, but she was rude. After we decided to go with some table runners she emailed us a contract that hadn't been disclosed to us stating we needed to wash them and fold them prior to returning them or she would be doubling the price. She also illegally charged my fiancé 3% processing fees for using her debit card.

Lisa does a great job. You give her ideas and she will help you bring it all together. They do amazing work.

I am extremely happy with Inside Decor's services! They made me the most beautiful centerpieces! They were exactly what I was looking for. They also delivered everything the day before which was extremely convenient, since we decided to do the set up. We got to see them ahead of time. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!
