I take both my dog and cat to this clinic, and I do not foresee switching to a different vet office. The cost of care at this clinic is not the cheapest in town but the value and professional care you will get from this clinic is second to none.nnAll staff members are always welcoming and caring. Everyone is patient with you because they understand that you may not know much about pet care. They will explain over and over again and help you make an informed decision regarding your pet. No matter how small, they always follow up with you if they ever do any sort of testing. Also while they make recommendations, they do not pressure you or make you feel so - instead they explain reasons in detail. (The previous vet I saw told me he won't approve any heart worm / tick / flea meds outside of his preferred brand. Even to this date I find that weird).nnIf you are looking for a vet who treats you like a parent with a child patient, not just someone with animal, this is the place. Give it a shot, you won't regret it.

Fear Free means AHC techs and vets are knowledgeable about fear, anxiety and stress in clinic settings and more careful about keeping care as low stress as possible.nnAnimal Health Clinic has lived up to that expectation multiple times and done so with lovely service that is both kind and inclusive for keeping owners part of the decision making process. I appreciate their dedication to keeping pets I love calm, healthy and comfortable!

AHC has gone above and beyond to help us care for Penny. They are patient and definitely understand that she’s a family member we’re taking care of - not just any old animal. They are polite, kind, and respond quickly to phone calls and emails. We have loved our experience!

My family decided it was time for us to euthanize our dog who was clearly dying. I called AHA to schedule a time to do so. It was explained to me that my dog would have to have a quick exam to see if 'she was a candidate for euthanisation,' and it would be almost a week before I could get her in. After explaining my dog's current health issues, I was given a tech who agreed my dog was dying and would see if they could work her in. The phone conversation was kind of frustrating with what felt like an interrogation (though I don't think it was intentional). They were able work her in a day later. Once at AHA the staff was very kind an supportive, giving us plenty of time with our dog during and after the procedure.
