Jim and his staff were incredible during the planning of my grandfather’s funeral. Although preplanning had been done, there were still decisions to be made and I was guided through the process with great care and respect. Jim and Larry were so incredibly helpful when my father died unexpectedly in Nevada. They helped in so many ways from arranging for him to be flown to North Dakota, to the funeral arrangements in Hillsboro. My brother and I are so thankful for all their knowledge and help during this difficult time.
