Diamond Q Animal Hospital

We took our young kitten in for the routine checks since he was born in a barn. Provided them with stool sample and they claimed the cat to be healthy as can be and no need to perform any de-worm (they also made no mention of his hernia). Fast forward 3-4 weeks and our cat is vomiting multiple times and you can clearly seen grown worms in the vomit. We had not changed his diet or environment in that time.nnWhen calling Diamond Q to inform them, they were unwilling to work with us. I'd recommend you take your pets elsewhere.

I had a great experience at Diamond Q animal hospital they were able to get my chihuahua in the day that I called because I needed her vaccinated immediately to go out of town for a family emergency. They were wonderful with my chihuahua and took their time with her and brought her out of the room to vaccinate her as I requested.nOn top of that I was running behind for my appointment and the vet still saw my dog even though she had a full schedule of surgery that afternoon. Their prices were great very reasonable not overpriced like most of the places around town I paid $90 for two vaccinations and a wellness check I would have paid probably double that at my past veterinarian office. I will be going back to to Diamond Q animal hospital and I will be recommending them to anyone and everyone I know

I used Diamond Q for 7 years. I didn't have a problem with the annual check ups. They provided a decent basic level of service. However, when I came to them with a tougher problem, they couldn't solve it. Surprisingly, I had to force them to run tests to confirm or reject potential issues like kidney failure. I kept coming back several times to address the issue and got nowhere. The vet suggested my pet eat calming food to solve the problem. I didn't see this as a real solution. So I switched to another vet and they found the problem and solved it in one appointment. I wish I had switched sooner.

It was nice at first but the vet tech was extremely rude and opinionated when I just asked a question. It was extremely expensive and they added a few things on my first visit, puppy food, heart worm medication and a dog toy. They never asked me if I wanted to buy any of it and my puppy doesn’t even eat the dog food they gave me.
