Two Rivers Veterinary Hospital

Very good place to take your pets and the vets are very nice.

I arrived to the designated parking spots right at the front of the building for my appointment at 12 PM. I waited in my hot car for an entire hour with my cat. The staff walked out & assisted cars in the other designated curb side spots right next to me multiple times. The sign stated that they will be calling me to get my cat out of the vehicle. I called multiple times with no answer. I waited an entire hour & none of the staff acknowledged me or answered the phone for the appointment. I have an email proving this appointment was made. This is unbelievable. I do expect to get my deposit back, as this was very frustrating & a waste of time.

Our first experience at Two Rivers was exceptional and refreshing. I felt like the staff truly cared for our dog, from the receptionist to the techs working directly with her. They took the time to offer advice and answer all our questions without making me feel rushed. Highly recommend!

Treat my my dog well. Answered questions I had about his procedure. Made the whole procedure seamless.

Fantastic vet clinic that really cares about your pets, Dr. James is outstanding in particular!
