My family and I ordered flowers for a family member who had a death in the family. Flowers that got delivered were not the flowers advertised. I emailed the main email and days later I had to write another email for them to respond. I understand when a business gets busy and lack of staff but an email or phone call for an unsatisfied customer takes minutes. After back and forth emails from Heather nothing was resolved. Not even a phone call from the business, they asked i call them. I work in customer service and find that crazy. As a business, when a customer reaches out about poor service picking up the phone is the first thing that should be done. If you don't have the flowers in stock for a customer orders, at least let them know. I would not recommend using this business. Terrible experience.
As always, they are amazing. I waited until the last minute and needed an arrangement. They worked with me on the phone, patiently explaining what they had available to work with. Once that was settled, they squeezed me in with their other orders and got it done in about 4 hours. When I arrived, I noticed a small mistake. As soon as I mentioned it, they verified that it was their mistake, immediately corrected it and had me out the door in a matter of minutes.nnThe arrangement itself was beautiful and much appreciated by the recipient.
Most beautiful, creative, and original flower arrangements anywhere. My cousin, Laura, first sent me flowers from there years ago and Wildflowers has been my favorite florist since.nnJn
Beautiful job! They were kind enough to get 2 really lovely arrangements together super quickly for me and were priced very well (and they stuck to the preferences perfectly). Very nice over the phone and in person as well!
Very highly recommended for the most beautiful elegant and exquisite flowers this side of the East Coast always conveniently available even in last-minute situations the owner is fabulous and fantastic and the employees are outstandingly accommodating even in a bind they always seem to help me out and produce the most exquisitely beautiful flower arrangements I have ever seen in my life thank you so much for your precious flowers and moments we have shared throughout the years
