I was so disappointed in the flower arrangement I had sent to a friends funeral. I was shocked when I saw it. For one hundred dollars I got two sunflowers and one of them broke with the stem just sticking out few other flowers and a five dollar basket. I would not of paid more than $30.00 for.nI will never order flowers from them again. Lesson learned. Plus I called and told her how upset I was and she still continued to charge me. so much for satisfaction guaranteed!

First let me say the balloon bouquet was beautiful! The aggravation in having it delivered was not. My aunt used 1800flowers to have balloons and a bear delivered to my daughter for her birthday. Last minutes we needed to change plans and were not home when it was delivered. Colonial Flower called my cell phone to see if my order has been delivered. They stated it was on an enclosed porch. I do not have an enclosed porch so I checked my security cameras and it had not been delivered. I suggested that maybe it had been delivered to my neighbors house because their drive way is near mine. They asked me for my neighbors phone number which I do not have and even if I did wouldn't have given out to someone. If I had their number I would have called them myself. I stated that I was away and had no way to check on the order myself. Was asked if I knew the neighbors name and to be honest I don't. The recently moved in. Again I stated I was hours away and had no way to help locate the wayward delivery and they would have to try on their own. Not five minutes later my cellphone rang again and it was the florist stating that they were looking at the house on the Internet to see if it was my house. I am not sure what they were looking at but said they were just going to have to figure it out because I was standing in the rain and needed to be with my family. She then put the owner on the phone who asked me to put myself in her shoes as a business owner. She just wants to contact my neighbors and see if it's still there. Again I can't help with that they just need to come back and look to see if it was there. And since she wanted to know what I would do as a business owner instead of pestering a costumer who has no way of assisting you, you should be trying to solve the problem. I really couldn't spend any more time on it I contacted my aunt who placed the order and and she tried her best to assist them which really isn't her job!! It still took another 2 and 1/2 hours of trying to find number of homes it could be at for someone to drive 15 minutes to rectify the situation. It was actually delivered to number 11 but the wrong street. That was an honest mistake, no biggie. I am not upset about that. It should have been taken care of by the business efficiently.

Debbie put together a beautiful wedding bouquet and center pieces for my brothers wedding in just a few short days! Their wedding had been postponed due to the pandemic and they absolutely rocked the flowers! My husband buys me flowers here as well and they are always lovely. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. We love coming here and would definitely recommend!

I have been a customer of the Colonial Flower Shoppe in the past. Our son unexpectedly passed and I contacted Deb and she remembered me, which was very comforting. I did not want a traditional arrangement for his services. A family member mentioned a memory wreath. I discussed my vision with Deb and she created a piece that was unique and went above and beyond. I now have this memory wreath in my home. Mother's Day was approaching and they were busy and I did not have much time. I appreciate the personal service our family received at such a difficult time. Thank you Deb!

The first picture is what was advertised (yes, via 1-800-Flowers), but if you cannot deliver the same quality, why are you contracted to do so? There were a total of three (fresh?) roses in a $70 arrangement. You will notice at least five roses on one side alone of the advertised arrangement. Colonial assumed no responsibility, but thankfully, 1-800-Flowers provided a credit. We use 1-800-Flowers frequently and never have issues with locally contracted florists, but this is our 3rd issue with Colonial. I'm not a critic and rarely provide poor ratings, but this was disappointing, especially since this was to be for a funeral tomorrow.
