April and her team are the best around!! Matt delivered a dozen roses to me on Valentine's Day from my husband and they are still on my desk a week later - they still aren't fully opened and they are absolutely beautiful. We never order flowers anywhere else in town!! Keep up the great work.

Ordered a $100 flower arrangement 3 days before our Mother's 78th Birthday to be delivered in Grand Forks. Spoke to her that evening, she never received them. She was home all day, went to dinner at 4pm, gone one hour. I also cant belive they waited until aftet 4pm to even try and deliver her flowers, Spoke to the florist shop in Fargo this morning, they said they tried calling her twice and attempted delivery once. But, yet she said no one called all day when she was home and that there were no missed calls on her caller ID. I asked for a full refund given they totally messed up her birthday gift we had ordered for her. After some fussing from the florist, they finally agreed to refund our money. Never ordering flowers to be sent to Grand Forks again as another florist in Fargo informed me all FTD orders go through classic floral!!! What a shame!!
