Over the years, I've tried different vets and they were all fine, but DR GEOFFREY SATTERFIELD has earned my full trust providing care for my dog. He's caring, thorough and listens. He also calls to follow up on the dogs condition and provided his cell phone to call if ANY problems - ANY hour - if anything arises to call him! His staff is also very compassionate and caring. The rates are quite reasonable and there's never any surprises and charges are always reviewed in advance. I'm extremely happy that we found this vet practice!
My first experience with these folks was an ease of appointment scheduling and willingness to help. Then, having an on call vet available when my pup really needed it. Their cost was much more reasonable than some other places and they are eager to help and to answer your questions. I'm impressed by the lengths they go to to assist their patients during the very difficult times. After my girl had surgery the vet followed up the next day and was so helpful and mindful of our concern and her needs. Very happy to switch over to them.
I have been bringing my pets to Norwichtown Veterinary Hospital for 25 years and have always received quality and compassionate care. The staff are wonderful and the service is always excellent. I highly recommend!
I love the fact when I come in everyone is excited to see Tootsie. I't really gives you a good feeling that everyone there loves their jobs and our pets. Stress free and very knowledgeable. Thanks for doing such a great job with my girl!
Apologies if you've read this before...I have two senior hounds and only began taking them to this practice about a year ago. In that time, I've been very impressed with the professionalism of all the staff- reception, techs, and, doctors during routine and sick appointments.nnThey do what they say they will. If they tell you they will call to check in and make sure your dog's feeling better, they do. If they say they will call with test results, they absolutely will.nnAnd I've especially noticed that since the pandemic began and I haven't been able to be in the exam room with my dogs that everyone has gone out of their way to make sure they understand my concerns and I understand their instructions and treatment plans.nnIt's also been really reassuring to hear Dr. S and Dr. White (in separate appts) tell me to call them if I have any questions or see X,Y, or Z and am worried. It feels like they really care about my pets and we are all on the same team to keep the hounds healthy and enjoying their senior years.
