I would give a zero if I could. Rude staff (Mary Elizabeth was especially rude) not attentive to anyone's needs in such a sad time.They ran out of funeral cards long before the services were over. Place is outdated and dingy. I hope to not need these services anytime soon but if I do I I definitely will not use them and do not recommend their services to anyone
