I am so amazed with the service. Johanne was fantastic in helping me design a floral arrangement for my dear Godfather's birthday. I ordered some at 1800flowers and they were terrible, I was so embarrassed. They were able to save me and deliver the same day. My Godfather is so pleased with the arrangement. I highly recommend. They're professional, knowledgeable and fabulous. Thank you!!
I can not say enough wonderful things about Joanne and the staff (including my Mom) at Lefrancois Floral and Gifts. The flowers and decor for my wedding were absolutely stunning and Joanne could not have made my lackluster vision come together any more beautifully. Her knowledge and ability to take the little information I gave her and create a final product that fit my style perfectly was amazing. Not only was Joanne a friend and a guest at our wedding, but she has done several weddings for our close friends and family. What I appreciate the most about Joanne, is that she truly goes above and beyond to make sure each one of us had a wedding that was special and unique in our own individual way. I couldn’t say enough great things and would highly recommend Joanne and her staff!!
I highly recommend this flower shop the owner Joann is very personal she goes all out for everyone I want to several flowers from them and they all turn out beautiful so if you want a good place to water nice flowers this is the place

If you're looking for custom florals in Eastern, CT... look no further! Joanne was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. I reached out to her in a hurry for my Nana's 90th birthday. I was inspired - by Pinterest - for a floral arrangement in the shape of a 9 and a 0. She quickly sourced the materials, designed the structure and created a beautiful arrangement. My Nana can't stop bragging about how beautiful her flowers are. Joanne went above and beyond to accommodate me with a Sunday pickup even though the shop was closed. That is STELLAR customer service. I'll be back!
