Speaking with Tina from another state needing guidance and ideas for my son's first anniversary was sheer heaven. Customer service like this doesn't seem to exist anymore. She was patient, informative and I asked her to use her own judgement on the final arrangement. The bouquet was stunning. What a wonderful experience. Tina was so knowledgeable about flowers and all their special meanings/powers. She worked with me to get my mom exactly what I was looking for. Have tried other florists in the Niantic area and NO COMPARISON. Always Always Flowers is the way to go from the excellent customer service to the beautiful final arrangement.
I was extremely pleased with this florist for accommodating my needs so professionally and quickly! I called the same day, and had a wonderful bouquet sent and delivered, all within a couple of hours. To make things even easier, the owner also texted me a picture to confirm the bouquet was to my liking. Will definitely be using Always Always Flowers again!
