I’m so disappointed with the flowers that my mom received on Mother’s Day. I spent $60 on what I though was going to be a beautiful according to the picture online, but in return I she received maybe 12 daisy’s / carnations and 2 roses. The bouquet looked thrown together in 30 seconds and the delivery driver was a grouch. I will not be ordering from this company and do not recommend. I understand the flowers are limited due to covid-19 but they should have at least gave me my money back or a discount.
If I could give a 0 I would. I ordered an arrangement that I paid 60.00 for and when when it came it was not what I ordered at all. Very disappointed with the arrangement. I also tried to call several times and the number does not work. When I tried to send an email I got a failed to deliver. Do not use this place.
So very disappointed order flowers yesterday for today in town delivery, will be stopped by this shop in person to get my money back , worry will be canceling my credit card order . See you soon
Did not deliver order and when I call back the person in charge said they would see if the driver can drop it off. Driver didn’t come and th next day driver did not call the recipients number to see if they were home. I called the flower shop several times and no one would answer. Crappy service and CROOKS! Flower shop doesn’t exist on the street it says! This is a scam and they’re frauds! Out $70 dollars and trying to get a refund but no one picks up! Awful service never use this place! Flower shop on center street is much better! This place is sh@&!
Horrible service! I paid extra foe flowers to get delivered between 9-12pm and called multiple times to see where they were. They were finally delivered at 3:15pm.
