Sent a special something to an amazing friend and coworker during the great pandemic of 2020! I was so pleased to see that edible arrangements was still at work making people’s days brighter. The process couldn’t have been easier and the delivered treats were awesome!!
I have always been pleased with the Arrangements I have ordered as gifts....sometimes an arrangement, sometimes a box of dipped fruit...It is always delicious and the staff are pleasant.
Ordered for Valentine's. Did not receive my order. Then was told by customer service that they would not do anything to make it right. I have ordered there for years. But I will never give them any business again.
I spoke to Tiffany a couple of days ago, shenvery nice. Yesterday I worked with Stephanie(she is the supervisor there) at the store. Just wanted to mention that she was really amazing. She took out so much time to explain what would work for me as I wanted this as a Thank You for a Doctor's office. Had me and my husband sample the fruit. Made appropriate suggestions, said if some necessary modifications had to be made she would take care of it and was very helpful as I changed my order once I got home. High quality bouquets! I received this one as a gift. Even though I missed delivery (so I went and picked up) everything was fresh and perfectly ripe!
