Outstanding care. Such a professional and efficient office. Wonderful office staff. Drs saved my dogs lives. I can't say enough about how wonderful they are to work with. Trustworthy. Ethical and reasonable billing. I am very grateful for their care and caring. We all feel very safe here. I do not understand the bad reviews at all they just are not true.
We’ve lived in town since the summer and our dog (who is a bit mischievous) has been to VCA a few times already. We were a little hesitant because of the reviews but we took a chance when we couldn’t get an urgent appointment anywhere else. I’m so glad we did. The staff has been nothing but friendly and helpful and we are very happy with the care our little guy is receiving. I also love the app! We got to video chat with the veterinarian during our dog’s appointment since we had to wait in the car.
Having years of experience in working with the public and customers,nI can tell you that your staff, whoever answers the phones reallynneeds more training in social etiquette and empathy for your customers.nAdditionally your prices are extremely high when compared to othernservices in the area.
My cat USE to go here for the vet. When I called them one morning extremely desperate because he wasn’t eating or drinking for two days they told me they couldn’t see him. It’s his primary care vet and they couldn’t see him?! I went took him to a vet that saw him same day and found out that he needed emergency surgery that day. If I waited one more day for their convenience he would of died. HORRIBLE VET! I will NEVER bring him there ever again. They say their a vet but they turn your animals away? That’s not a vet, that place shouldn’t be open.
I have been taking my dog here for three years. During that time I had decent service.I joined the care club the first year it was $53 the next year I was told it will now be $61. This morning they took out $122 with no warning, the price was almost double. No email no text nothing. I called to get an explanation and was told it is because my dog is older. I find it hard to believe they can almost double your payment with no warning. I also have to agree with most of the people writing reviews the woman at the front desk has a horrible personality. So now I am out $122 thanks a lot VCA !
