It was my first time here. With covid, they come pick the animal up in the parking lot and you wait there, then they give you info over the phone after. The techs were awesome, so helpful and super friendly. The vet was out sick, but doing telemedicine from home and they offered me the opportunity to reschedule or (because all I needed was a general exam and vaccines, which are done by the techs) a nice discount on the exams. They were prompt, helpful and a pleasure to work with. Looking forward to bringing my cats here in the future.
