Once in a blue moon, you come across someone in life that makes you feel like family. That's how it felt when I called Petals and Scents yesterday. I just needed a bouquet of flowers for my cousin. I wanted to send a nice gesture to her in appreciation. Dan was personable, kind and funny. He helped me pick out something in my price range and had it delivered today. He followed up with me personally which was very extraordinary for nowadays. I live in Los Angeles so I won't need him very often but if I ever need flowers for my cousin again, I'm calling this place! Excellent service and beautiful flowers!

Very friendly and fast delivery. We ordered the flowers over the phone from Canada to be deliver to our friend in New Haven and was delivered the same day! Jill send us pictures of the bouquet and they look so fresh and beautifully arranged.
