Don't bother calling that 203 number. I just called and got a extremely rude a-hole who hung up on me and when I called back declined my phone call. No wonder the place has such a horrible rating
I ordered a $60 (total of $68 with taxes) arrangement for my daughter-in-law after the unexpected passing of her father. The arrangement on their website was beautiful with an array of yellow and orange flowers and many of them. I also specifically asked that the roses be replaced with another type of flower. The arrangement that was delivered was nothing short of $10 arrangement that I could've purchased at the grocery store. It looked NOTHING like the website photo and contained about three yellow daisies (not gerber daisies either) and a pink rose. I suppose I should have read the reviews before ordering. And of course, she won't answer a phone call. I am not sure how you conduct business but this is inexcusable. DO NOT use this woman, ever.
I wish we could give them a lower rating than one star. This is what we ordered (on the right), this garbage is what was delivered to the funeral of a dear friend's son (on the left). Unfortunately for the flower shop, I happened to be at the funeral and saw the atrocious flower arrangement they sent. After numerous phone calls, the shop swore they would make it right immediately. They did not. DO NOT EVER ORDER FLOWERS FROM THEM. BTW--we ordered through 1800 Flowers. We will not order ANYTHING from West Haven Flower Shop OR 1800 Flowers again.
This Place Is Shady As Hell ... I Dont Think This Is A Flower Shop
Mortified! Ordered a bouquet of flowers through the service on the funeral site and they ordered through This flower shop and the flowers were pathetic! I spent over $100 based on the photo and I could’ve picked up a nicer bouquet at Costco for a 1/4 of what it cost!! Luckily the site refunded my money. Buyer beware!
