TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! RUDE, RUDE!nI asked for a beautiful flower arrangement. He said the only flowers he had were roses. I asked if he had any filler flowers to go with the roses. He replied,”go to Shoprite”. I continued to ask about the flowers, not realizing he was serious. He asked,” What do you want?! I can't help you”! I had a shocked look on my face bc he was beginning to yell at me. He then said,”Get out! I don't want your business or your money”! I asked what's the matter? Why are you angry with me? He said, get out! ud83dude33nI don't know if what is going on in the world is causing him to judge people, but it saddened me to see this behavior.nI have never been treated that way ever. I have been going to this shop (under a different name and owner), but this owner is so unprofessional.nClearly he was having a personal issue and was taking it out on his customer! NEVER AGAIN!

We made a next-day order for a casket spray. It was the weekend and not many flowers available at the time of the order. Still, we were allowed to choose and guaranteed service. The spray came out beautiful and we were very happy with the prompt service and delivery given. Definitely recommend. Thanks a lot.

I went in there not knowing how fast I could get a bouquet of flowers... very friendly and helpful and made up a bouquet on the spot!! They have wonderful assortment of flowers and were busy with alot of pine and items for the Holidays. Will use them for all my future needs.

I needed to order a plant for personal friend in the New Haven area and was not sure what to order. I called Merino's Flowers & Fruit Basket and Josh answered the phone and provided me a photo via e-mail of a plant that he thought would be appropriate. I ordered the plant and gave him the address that was given to me so he would be able to deliver it on the same day. He delivered the plant and there was no one at the address I gave him. He e-mailed me and told me what happened and I was able to find the correct address and I called Josh with the address very late in the day. It was delivered the next morning. I cannot say enough for the service that was provided to me and the price was very fair. I would highly recommend Merino's Flowers & Fruit Basket for plants, flowers, and fruit baskets.
