I had seen a bag of prescription dog food on clearance and called to see if it was still there. The female went and checked and held it for me as I had a 45 minute commute to save about $16 on the only food my dog can eat. What a great deal and super customer service!
They did a great job grooming (bath and full haircut, tooth brushing) our small dog. The first time it took about 4 hours, but I think that is not typical unless the place is extremely busy- the second time, it only took about 2 hours. They regularly have treats member deals, so I would recommend signing up for that!
We really like this PetSmart. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Prices are fair. We have found them to go above and beyond during the pandemic.
They are very careful when taking your pets there. You call when you get there, they take info on your pet via the phone and then you walk up to the door and the take your pet. A comprehensive exam only took 20 minutes. The doctor then calls you with the results
Nice place. Have something for everyone. Price seems high but maybe it’s just me.
