I recently lost my cat, Trout, to cancer. The staff was very professional and spent hours (on the phone) trying to determine the initial cause for her decline. I unfortunately had to put her down and I could not have asked for a better support team and caring environment. I am full of gratitude for the compassion they offered during a difficult time and regarding difficult decisions.
This was the first time bringing my dog to this practice. It certainly didn't feel like it though. The staff and doctor were incredibly nice, helpful and friendly. Everyone greeted my dog and I with smiles and hellos. I will definitely go back!
Wonderful staff and outstanding care from the very knowledgeable and experienced, warm hearted staff! I highly recommend this veterinary hospital to anyone who's a pet lover and wants too tier service and expertice along with very reasonable cost, ( when compared with other well respected and reputable veterinary practices in CT.nKeep up the outstanding work, staff!
Great staff! Doctor was great! Very pleasant! Very thorough with my dog! Will definitely keep them as my dog's vet!!
Very nice and knowledgeable staff and they were constantly updating me about my boy. Definitely will be taking my Rocky here for now on and may I say very affordable also. Couldn't have asked for a better vet.
