We recently moved to CT and needed to find a new Vet. Dr. Shutts walked us through the process of identifying a broken leg on our cat. He proactively communicated, explained costs in a transparent manner and arranged for surgery to fix the leg. He and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable, allowing you to make decisions about your pets’ care in partnership with the expert team. Highly recommend!
I have to small dogs that I brought in as 6 week old pups. They have always been very informative and professional. Answering questions and giving reliable advice. I continued w them even when we moved out of area.
Your competitor has possession of an animal that doesnt belong to them. Would use you all day long!!
I will attest that when my Novakitty had terminal cancer 5 years ago and Dr Kimberly Galloway was not only kind and compassionate but she was considerate of our family giving us time needed to say goodbye. She performed the most humane loving and peaceful departure of our beloved furbaby. I continue to take our furbabies to this wonderful group and staff! I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else for all of our family’s furbaby rescues.
One of the best vets I've visited. I've grown up with cats since a kid and I've never felt more confident and calm bringing my pet somewhere before. They take the time to explain everything to you, which is appreciated.
