Ive been going here for a few years now. I like that they are low cost, and feel like ive been given good care. Sometimes the doctor seems a little quiet, but will give more information if you ask for it. My cat passed the other day and the office staff was very professional and friendly in handling the matter and made me feel a tiny bit better about handling this terrible experience. I will continue to use this vet.
I've only been here twice and the second time was today October 23rd 2020 to put to sleep my dog who has been sick with cancer Both times different people helped me, couldn't have asked for a better experience kind considerate and compassionate. I read bad reviews about mattatuck. the people who wrote those reviews probably need to have bad reviews written about them I can't see any of these people not being nice and accommodating so to the doctor's and their assistants thank you so much for making this day as easy as possible
Amazing staff here! I had a horrifying experience with one of the local vets and they got me in and out here without a problem. All 3 of my pups fo here and I'd recommend it to anyone in the area. They are no muss no fuss and pet parents appreciate that
Very nice staff, the secretaries/ techs will help you and do well the veterinarian. Have had to take multiple family pets here in the past and they've been nothing but courteous and caring towards the animals and family members. I'll continue to bring my pets here as I trust this establishment very much
This place is awesome. They care about the animals. They dont have crazy prices. They are very reasonable . Staff is great as well. They are caring people
