I have always brought my pets here because they have great staff and little to no wait time. They are super sweet and caring. The building has changed alot since my first pet but the quality of service has remained. Thanks for keeping my family happy and healthy.
I would give ZERO stars if I was able. I was LIED TO by Dr. K, stating my dog was healthy enough for a mastectomy. she needed to be put down 3 weeks later. I'm a nurse, so I asked for her records to review myself - she was in kidney failure which was clear from her pre op labs and this was left out. had I known ahead of time that my dog was in kidney failure with lung scarring I would NEVER have agreed to the mastectomy. they just want your $ and leave important stuff out to get it. My dog suffered post-op, got an infection, lost over a pound and they never told me she was losing weight either. she went into total system failure, collapsed in my garage, and ended up oxygen dependent. I sadly had to put my best friend down the next morning. Dr. K did not even call me to send his condolences or discuss what had happened!!!! I then spoke to the office manager to discuss this matter and I was promised a call back from the manager within 2 days with a resolution on a partial refund for the surgery since I was lied to and clearly misled. it's been 2 WEEKS and no call back from her. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR PETS AT ALL. I REGRET THE DAY I EVER TRANSFERRED MY ANIMALS HERE. BIGGEST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE.
My dog Reuben had cracked his tooth and needed emergency dental surgery. Dr. Kostolitz did an amazing job of caring for Reuben and was communicative throughout the entire process. After surgery, Reuben was no longer in pain and healed nicely. The follow up care from YVH was excellent. Highly recommend!
Thank you to Dr. Dale for fitting us into your busy schedule to put our Buddie to sleep yesterday. Your compassion towards us and Buddie couldn't have been any better. Your professionalism was just heart warming to me. Buddie was not even a patient of yours, but yet it seemed like I have known you and you have known us and Buddie for years. I will definitely recommend you to anyone who I know is looking for a good vet for their pet. Thank you again for taking the time to care for Buddie yesterday. It is really appreciated.
We recently started taking our golden retriever to Yalesville animal hospital and we have been really happy with the quality of care they have given our dog. Dr. Molly, Dr. Dale and Dr. Donewald are great. The technicians to the front desk are all very helpful and professional. I highly recommend.
