The staff is very friendly and you can clearly see that they all are animal lovers. This was my first visit to ths establishment and as soon as I got home I called my children who are pet parents and told them how wonderful they are and I recommended that they switched veterinarians. 2 days later my daughters dog got an ear infection she called her vet and they made her an appointment for 3 days from when they called and the cost was averaged out to be about $250 dollars. I called Ridgehill and they told us to bring him in as soon as i could make it there and the total cost was $140 with medication included. Very clean, respectful, professional, understanding place.
I have 3 dogs and they all come to this veterinary hospital and I am happy I started coming here. The vets are all professional and I feel like my dogs are in safe hands. They are friendly as well and always available. I file like I've known them for years. The vet techs and office assistants are the best! Knowledgeable, friendly, and welcoming. I feel like I've known them for years.
The staff here is so kind and generous, they will treat you and your pets like family and mourn with you when they pass. The Vets are smart and compassionate and the prices are entirely reasonable. You will be welcomed every time, they genuinely care and that's why we keep going back.
Great and Carrington place to bring your pet's
After spending thousands of dollars on multiple pets with this group, it is clear that either management or ownership has changed. My dog was sick while we were on vaca and the sitter dropped off a stool sample and they siad they would call me with results. After getting back from vaca I called and they said they would get back to me with results. I only recieved 1 call which was a request for payment and 2 bills by mail in 4 days. Turns out they are awaiting the $35 payment before they would let me know if my dog was ok or not. I was not told when i called originally that payment was needed for results. They clearly dont care about my pet’s health as much as they do $35.
