Beautiful arrangement delivered in record time after I found out the recipient would be at location for only a few hours. (Colors are gorgeous - wish I ordered one for myself!) Fantastic customer service!
I used Dowling after a couple of very bad encounters with 1800 Flowers (bad delivery/flowers half dead) I had Mother's Day flowers arrive early as not to be in a rush and they were beautiful. My mother loved them and said only one rose was full bloom. A week later, she only had to throw a couple of blooms out. I will definitely try them again and was happy with the easy online ordering and local help if needed.
I have used Dowling flowers on two occasions, both times I ordered online in the morning and flowers were delivered early afternoon both times. The process was easy, I was kept informed by email every step of the way, and everyone in my girlfriends office commented on how beautiful the flowers were. I am extremely happy with Dowling flowers and will continue to use them.
