I cannot thank the staff and Dr. Urbonas enough for the excellent care of our cat. We had an urgent situation, and they were prompt, patient, and thorough. We found the pricing to be reasonable and we highly recommend their services. Thank you so much!
I had to take my cat in under a very difficult situation. I can only praise the staff on their professionalism and compassion. They immediately came to the car to get my cat and in no time Dr Urbana’s was on the phone explaining with compassion the dire condition of my cat. The women who work in the office were amazingly supportive. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending this place to anyone.

I can’t say enough about this place. I called this morning when my little Shiba Rileigh was peeing blood. I was so worried with old memories swirling in my head of my Airedale, Maxwell Perkins who had similar symptoms. He died from a kidney related disease hours later. I called Pieper and left for their facility with a urine sample. They came out and got her, and in a very short time, I had a diagnosis. She’s on antibiotics for a UTI, ate her lunch, and is resting comfortably. I found Pieper to be extremely responsive, compassionate, and professional. I couldn’t be more relieved. During times like this, we want the best for our babies, and in my estimation, they are the best!
I've never had a good experience at a vet until I came here!! I had to use the urgent clinic and they were very straight forward with pricing and treatment options, and they were so so so nice.nnI would 100% go back. For once I didnt feel like I was just being taken advantage of and sold extra tests.
