We just had our beloved cocker spaniel euthanized here. Everyone was wonderful and professional and caring! Sad to say, we have had to do this many times in the past and this experience was as positive as one could be under the circumstances!.. from clerical to medical! Thank you!
After my dog ran directly into a tree branch, they got her in and stitched up quickly. The staff was very communicative about the procedure, timeline, and price. Hopefully my pets stay healthy and I will never have to go back, but if in the unfortunate case that I do, Central Hospital will be my choice.
Dogs have come here multiple times and have been diagnosed correctly everytime. Won't run tests if they aren't warranted. If they think they should run the test, they will discuss other options.
This place is ridiculous!!!!! My cat has severe nose bleeds, and I took him to emergency to stop the bleeding. The ER doctor said she thought my cat was not emergent and the reason that I sent him here was to jump in the internal medicine appointment line. And she’s not going to anything to help my cat. DONT COME HERE! They don’t care about your pet.
Staff is extremely kind. They listened to our concerns and helped us make the right choice for our pet. I would recommend them to everyone.
