Twice I have had flowers sent to my girlfriend from this florist. Both times the flowers were no where near what they were supposed to be. I understand substitutions sometimes have to be made. But why are red roses always substituted with something else? I thought all florists always have red roses in stock. Both instances were never around or on a specific holiday. They were just being sent as a thoughtful gesture. Therefore there would be no legitimate reason for them to be out of red roses. I’ll find a new florist to have them sent from or just go to Big Y or Stop n Shop and hand pick what I would like. One picture is what I ordered the second time, the other picture is what she actually received. I’m very disappointed.
Never delivered flowers to a memorial that an out of town friend purchased. UNFORGIVABLE.
Lots of flowers. People should shop local.
