The man I worked with was really nice and helpful. The flowers were all beautiful, and he put together a gorgeous bouquet that worked with my budget. My mom loved it. Thank you

*** STAY AWAY *** I was trying to support a local business and was made to feel like I was looking for a free be after spending $101.00. They did not deliver what was ordered they gave me flowers my wife is allergic to, someone didn’t pay attention to their own Special Instructions: Custom Request: area of my online order.. Tried to resolve issue by going directly to the flower shop because they could not redeliver the same day once I got there, I was asked to make another trip to bring back wrong arrangement...???!!! I told them to keep the CORRECT 2nd bouquet of flowers. I will never do business there again. This was my 20th anniversary. They have NO sense of customer service at all...Sad very Sad

I’ve always had great service at Petals 2 Go. Professional and creative staff. I always go in to the store to have an arrangement made and they've Haven't disappointed me yet.

Buyer beware! I was charged for 2 arrangements although I told them I only wanted 1. When I asked for a refund I was told I could have a refund however I was sent the flowers instead. The flowers didn't arrive on the promised date. 1 arrangement looked like cheap grocery store flowers and was half dead. The other arrangement was made up of half fake flowers. One arrangement came in water and it had a green tint to it. I was told I had to call Teleflora for a refund and to not expect it anytime soon because I'm one of ten thousand ordering flowers. I did call Teleflora who had no record of my order. David is the person I dealt with and his a certified liar. I will not deal with them again.
