While helping a friend doing their genealogy, she stumbled across a relative buried in an abandoned cemetery that this funeral home maintains & while trying to ascertain more info on her I was left hanging without any response on how to get more information. Google should create negative stars (or thumbs down icons) for such reviews
These are just the nicest, most thoughtful people in the world. I can't say enough good things about them. My wife had a very complicated funeral because we lived in New Haven but she had to be buried in Indiana so we had to have memorial services in both Connecticut and Indiana. Everything went perfectly. She had a plan with these fine people which she had prepaid faithfully before she died and all the money was there, there were no surprise charges and there were just no problems at all. And 2 years later, I call them to ask about her death certificate, give them just my first name, and they remember me after all this time! Wonderful service, great attitude and very efficient.
