I order a plate strawberries n 2 birds on top it doesn't look nothing like the picture the birds look like 2 deaths bird. Very disappointed i will not recommend this store.
I stopped in to this particular location to pick up an arrangement, around 4:30p, when I got there they had only one arrangement. The staff didn't seem interested enough to offer a coupon or discount toward future purchase. She pretty much said we have nothing left. Very subpar service.
I wish I could give this place no stars!!! they don't like picking up the phone, they just let it ring, and ring. Not only that, but when speaking to the manager/store owner they're very unprofessional. THEY LIEEEEE! I can't express that enough. I had surgery and my friend bought me edible arrangements. I never got a call when the arrangement was being delivered, waited all day. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!!!! I ended up getting NO arrangements which was very disappointing.
Rude,Unprofessional and were treated of lying when I called to claim that an item that paid for wasn't delivered!The refund process is even worst.Will NEVER order from this place if you think of doing it expect the worst.Advise to management do something please
